Do not pull the adjustments on our waist bands too tight around your waist as our garments are not meant to be worn extremely tight and should fit comfortably. We encourage exchanges for any item that fits too tight. For safety reasons, our waist bands are not intended to be worn excessive of two hours at a time. After two hours, remove the band and take 1 hour breaks between use. Discontinue use of waist band if you experience discomfort and contact your physician if necessary.
