Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from delivery of order, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.


If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a store credit or replacement by completing a return request.


We offer a 30 day warranty for manufacturer defects or any malfunctions that occur from normal use of our products. The 30 day warranty will begin on the date of delivery and will expire 30 days later. If you do not contact us within the 30 day period in regards to any defects or damages, we will not be able to replace the item. Misuse or damage that is the result of abuse will not be covered and can be declined at our discretion.
