Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two weeks of purchase. After two weeks from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear.

If your item is faulty upon receipt, you may return it for a store credit by contacting Customer Service.

We offer a 14 day warranty for manufacturer defects or any malfunctions that occur from normal use of our Workout Bands. The 14 day warranty will begin on the date of delivery and will expire 14 days later. If you do not contact us within the 14 day period in regards to any defects or damages, we will not be able to replace the item. Misuse or damage that is the result of abuse will not be covered and can be declined at our discretion.
